I'm going to go ahead and build the car and see if it straightens out a little!
Just "FYI".!!
That must be why my stock chassis weight ballancs is off when I put it on 4 scales.

Man that bites, the blue belts were out of stock when we ordered our stuff.

Hopefully they'll be back instock, I'm ready to order again already.

You could do like Darkseid, or you could just buy a set of 5mm diameter, 0.1mm thick shims from tamiya, which will cost you a few hundreds Yens

I doubt it.
I think sales are still too strong

Hmm, doesn't much matter to me anyway. I think consumers will demand it now that all the ingredients are available. I'm sure they could charge low to mid $200 range and have a nice TA05R. But what do I know

Prolly a year after the initial release (July/Aug.), it's how they did the TB-02R.. and lord knows they have enough hop-ups to make it an R..

LW suspension w/ 48mm universals
High Precision Diffs
Lightened chassis
Hardened parts
Sway Bars
CF spur cover and motor guard coming soon
Blue belts to give it some colour

They just need to make the CF front and rear braces, throw in a set of Type-A's, and that's the TA05R..

I just got my Carbon reinforced from rc-champ yesterday and as I was adjusting my height and susp. I notice that the chassis is tweaked big time, right side is lower by 1mm. no matter what adjustment I make it's just tweaked, anybody has a problem like this? any advice or just to the trash can

Unhappy TWEAKED!!!!!!!

Ditto!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe Tamiya will recall the lower deck like they did with the TA04!
Unfortunately, Tamiya USA doesn't even have the reinforced decks yet!!!

I did notice that I had to adjust the droop screws on my suspension slightly to get the droop back to where it was with the other chassis, but I'll run the car before I trash anything!

In fact, I wouldn't trash anything at all! If I were that unhappy with it, I would be looking for a refund or replacement...but not trashing it.
