I just hope the new car can fit the newer cells without the major struggle that the 04 has....

I can see it now at the Nationals. Run a TB02 in heat #1, a TA04 in heat #2, a TA05 in heat #3.... I guess Tamiya will need a TB03 by August for the fourth heat !

it will be a mid range car i think, i don't think the 415 will be replaced anytime soon.
I gotta agree here. They only just released the TRF415MS which is the worlds winning car, they will do some development on that first, then replace when the competition catches up.
Also, if that is TRF 416 then they must have blown all their budget on designing and building the car if they had to use a stick pack, plastic shocks and a tamiya connector to test it with!

It's clearly stated that it's a prototype car nothing here is written in stone yet maybe their just testing different things out with different parts etc etc
