The Porsche and Toyota I was refering to are also F103 based kits and the original kits came with the narrow F103 FRP lower chassis. Yes the F103LM was the kit with the wider lower carbon chassis that was also sold seperately as a hop-up option for these three LM cars.

I doubt it, that depends too much on the tub for strength without the top plate. Replace it with carbon fibre and I think it would be too floppy without a top plate.

I'm surprised that it doesn't have the LW arms. I was guessing they were doing away with the '04 arm style.

It reminds me of a mid motored neo chassis I used to run.
It was a very neutral handling car but fast , i kinda miss it

If you check the early posts with pics, you will see the "Full Option Chassis" has the lightweight arms on it.
