Im dead keen to see the Xenon kit installed also. Hopefully someone with the kit runs foams on carpet and can give me some feedback on how good it is

From pictures I have seen on the web (and no, I cna't for the life of me remember where...) the MS will have a graphite composite chassis, lightened to and all the current range of hop-ups....

Steve, the topdeck on the Xenon conversion, is it designed to do away with the pesky plastic chassis braces or get screwed on top of them??

Any idea of the weight savings from the standard suspension and the reversible lightweight set?

I want to use some 64 pitch gears in my car. I cannot purchase them locally so I will need to buy them from overseas on the internet.

I want to have a final ration of 6.6:1.

Will a 88 tooth spur and 30 tooth pinion fit in a TA05.

Alternatively

Will a 132 tooth spur and 45 tooth pinion fit in a TA05.

Thanks

I still cant believe there isnt a released pic of a completed Xenon kit!

TFR - do you have any bigger pics of this other conversion? i like the fact it replaces the chassis wings in the top deck. Should shed a few grams just there.

Well, you'll want to go no larger than 106 or so, and 105 is the standard one I use...

So, a 105T spur and 36T pinion will give you 6.56:1, which is pretty close..

I am running in 540 class at my local club and they have a gear ratio limit of 6.6:1. I'm using 48 pitch and running 68/23 (6.652) but guys using different cars are running at 6.6:1 and have that slight edge. I want to be able to match them and 88/30 gives me the exact ratio.

I don't want to buy the parts and then have them not fit. $$$.
