Default Roller bearings vs ball bearings for diff

What should I buy roller bearings. Or ceramic ball bearings
What would have less maintenance?

And yes I'm a still a newbie and don't. Know much

If you mean the diff balls themselves then I would suggest ceramic. Ceramic will ultimately provide smoother diff action providing that the diff rings are sanded nice and flat. Maintenance intervals will be extended just a bit cause the diff rings will still need tending to. But definitely less slippage with ceramic.
