Default rc drift set up and motor

hey guys lately i haven't been doing so well at a rc drifting racing. this racing is time attack and the track changes every 3-4 months and there's sometime 5 to 10 people racing so it dose get pretty hectic.
so i was thinking i should get a new motor but each web page say something else. this is what im running

Make: Yokomo
Model: DRB ssg with Team Bomber chassis

Track is what they used for roads
Tire: Yokomo Super Drift Tire Zero One R2
Motor - ESC: hobbywing 21.5t sen - hobbywing 120 amp


Caster and Camber: 3 with overdose aluminum C Hub & Upright Set-up 6-8
Steering: overdose Aluminium Steering Crank Set
Toe: 0
Kick up: no idea
Ride height: 7 MM

Springs: stock pick
Bumper weight: 0
Shock Oil: 450
Other: Fluorine Resin Shock Piston Set piston.
sway bars: harder


Camber: 2
Toe: stock
Kick up: 0 MM
Ride height: 8MM
Springs: stock black
Shock Oil: 350wt
Other: Fluorine Resin Shock Piston Set piston.
sway bar: soft

Front: 40 spec r geared diff with 1000 oil
Rear: 40 lock stock
drive: stock 15
Spur: 68
Pinion: 45
ratio: 3.9
shocks postion: in picture

ask if you like me to post esc settings

so is my settings alright if not what some suggestions and what motor and brand i should get if have to?
