Default What are some good dyno numbers

I am trying to get a feel for the type of numbers guy are getting off a real dyno run with there tuned stock motors. I am getting into tuning and i want to know what kinda numbers guys are getting on real dynoed motors, not the print outs from the motor company

max power @ power rpm
max rpm @ time
max torque
percent efficient @ efficiency rpm
