For the TB Evo III Surikarn I cant find any rpelacement parts int he red, all the parts are the stock silver or blue. WHy is this or can you anodize parts yourself or get someone to do it

Default red parts

I could be wrong but I think it was a limited edition car and Tamiya did not release any of the Red alloy parts as spares.

You sometimes see some on ebay or you could try placing a wanted ad on RCTECH.

Other than that, from what I know anodizing is fairly complex to do yourself but if you search RC Tech you will find some threads on it.

Good Luck.

Keith.

I am in the same problem, the red parts were only for the kit. i ordered the blue conversion and took all the red off the car so if I bent a suspension mount I wouldn't get too upset.

Okay, the universals wouldnt be so bad if they broke as theyre silver and not as noticable and the most seen parts are very hard to break e.g. that gearbox support(?), the suspension mount, steering arms, prop shaft. How much would it cost to send a part to an anodizing company and get a part anodized

What RED parts are you looking for.
I have some from a retired car ( TB02 conversion)
I'm willing to trade for blue parts.
