Default TC tires on a pan car??

Hello,

Just wondering if anyone knows of any adapters or other method of installing touring car tires on a pan car? I know that BRP used to make some adapters a while back, but no longer Just wondering if anyone might have some input. Any help would be very much appreciated.

PS I really cannot use foams for my application, although it would make things alot easier!

I really haven't seen that item since way back when sedans first became popular. I remember RCCA did an article about putting sedan tires on a pan car, but I don't remember much more about it. My guess is that the article would have been back in the mid 90's maybe. hard to say.

There's a few adapters on ebay right now... To use them you'd have to take the hex off and run the pin into the adapter, old RC10 style...

everywhere else especially asia they run a direct drive touring class with radials. Its a very popular class!

Try looking around the jap sites you should find them easy. Call corally usa .
I am pretty sure they have them.

Yeah I saw those when poking around on Ebay...unfortunately those allow you to put pan car tires on a touring car...I need the other way around, but thanks for the effort! I need something like this

I will try Corally, but just wanna keep looking for more options. Any idea on the japanese sights to look at. I tried RainbowTen, but had no luck

Thanks

The parking lot I run is is very dusty and my Corally F1 car handles like ass. I want to be able to use F201 tires (touring hex) on it. There you go.

You can also try "tire caps". Those are rubber caps that fit over the foam tires, this makes it A rubber tire.
I know Tamiya makes them in 2 compounds, hard and soft.
It worked for me when I was still running A modified F103 on A parking lot.

The thing I wonder about is TC tires are much narrower than pan car tires, remember we only have RWD, the more contact patch, the better.....
