Default Wow

So I normally dont get on here and hype up a car but today I will. I just finished building the kit and put it down on the carpet. First time out, the car was already as fast as my 2012. On my 3rd pack, I made one change to the setup I was using and went back out. Lap times I was putting down haven't been seen yet in such a consistent manner. I was skeptical that the lack of steering throw would be an issue on our tight carpet track but it was not the case. Very glad to have upgraded from the 12.

^ we all know its because of my dialed hole reeming skills! Seriously though the t4 is a very good car and I'm confident that once I get used to it ill be just as fast if not faster than in my yoko.

I could tell something happened. You had maintained a very tight line around the sweeper, especially in heat3 and the AMain, didn't seem that you were 6" off either way. Then towards the end of the main your car started kicking out at the end of the sweeper. I was marshalling there all day, and out of all the cars the T4 was the best looking in that area. Its unbelievable that they were turning that flat at those speeds and maintaining traction lap after lap.

Where can I get a set of the adjustable carbon fiber battery holders for my T4 (the "L" shaped brackets)? I have looked everywhere and the only ones that I can find are the Exotek and they require you to drill another hole in the chassis (NOT).

Well...The issue with the metal or CF battery mounts can be found during a big side impact. The plastic hooks are designed to brake during an impact to the side. I know this is not the answer you were looking for, but honestly I would either run the plastic hooks (which is what I run) or nothing at all.

I took the adjustable CF mounts off of my Tamiya for this specific reason. Now I just have two servo mounts holding the battery in place and it works very well.

See attached picture for reference:

Check reflex racing . I think he has one . I know he has a battery holding system that locks the battery in without tape

They dont fit unless they made t4 versions. The steering assembly is in the way.

They fit on my T4 with a really tiny bit of light sanding.

Hi guys.

I have had the T4 since it came out, but have only run 5 packs with it, so i havent changed anything from the stock set-up, I have been reading 10-12 pages back, and it seems that the most common change is harder linear springs in the rear.
Any other suggestions? I will run it at this track with LRP 13.5 X12 blinky mode. http://www.dhi-cup.dk/

And as a bonus, does blinky mean that boost is not alloved, or any speedo timing? I have a sppedo without boost, but with 20 degree timing.

Thanks alot.
