Yes, actually this weekend. The track that is normally tight was set up more open and flowing. I ran one qualifier with my special gear diff, then ran another with the spool. It was faster with the spool, this time.

Default because I am lazy today....

Somebody, I think EA and others, posted about a battery hold down option for the T4. Can somebody please post a link to it, or remember the company that offers it. Also, I recently picked up a couple of those Diggity Designs front braces. Such a great option for a more then reasonable price. If you own a T4 and do not have a front brace like that yet, I suggest you get there's. I have yet to see the Xray one available in the states, but I am sure the price will be more since it is a "luxury" front brace, lol.

We just got the xray front brace in our shop in Dallas and they are pretty reasonable. I think they are $8.

The RSD battery hold down mounts r very nice. I lock down the top screw so when I loosen it it turns entire mount so to remove pack I turn screw ¼ turn and lift pack . I put a plastic shim under it so I could snug it to the exact dirrection needed to hold battery properly

Thicker pins are nice. Though I've never broken a pin. I've bent 4 ECS though.

Cheaper to replace broken pins than bent ECS shafts. Although, you can finish races with bent ECS, can't say the same with broken pins.

i'm wanting to get some of the ecs 52mm drive shafts for the front of my t4, just wanting to know if it's alright to use the plastic out-drives that come with the kit or should I upgrade them.

The composite out drives are fine with the 52mm ECS. If you decide to go with the 50 then you will prob want to change to the spring steel out drives. I still use my composites and have no issues with my 52mm's

With the 50's you can shim out the out drives if you still want to use the composite.

If you use thick enough heat shrink you can.
