I'm really not sure about the S1 as, like you said, no manual yet. TQ has them in stock so maybe they can tell us if it comes with ARBs.
You would need the little attachment fellow for the front/rear bulkhead you linked as well as the ball cups with the set screws and the wires themselves. I've not seen the wires for sale yet BUT, I'll bet that they are the exact same from the xRay T3. They attach in the exact same location only with a simplified design over Xrays (Basic ball cup instead of the double ended joint Xray uses., looks like it would be a direct fit IMO)

ReflexRacing.net and TQRCRacing.com both show it in stock.
I think Reflex got a new shipment this week, They are local for me so I have to support my local business! Granted, you can't go wrong with either shop, (Christian at Reflex is the shipping MAN however and usually stuff is in the mail the same day you order it.)

Welcome to the fold! You won't be disappointed! Jeff linked his updated setup a couple of pages back and it's damn good.
Mine is slightly different as I run asphalt and he runs carpet but it's a great setup regardless. I'm thrilled with the car and I was running some worn out Sweep 36°'s.
I'm going to switch to the RSD soft bladders and some AE 37.5WT oil this week and try to replace my ball cups with some AE/Tamiya units to remove a bit of the slop the kit cups bring. Also managed to get the flanged bearings for the lay shaft, waiting on them to come in so I can remove the 15 shims and crap I've got in there now.
Did you ever make a new layshaft setup Jeff? I'd love pictures, etc.
