Default Cell Discharging

Hi People,

I'm just about to buy some decent numbered matched packs for the first time, and I'm keen to do it as right as possible, so I'm looking into getting a discharger. The one I'm keen on so far is the Integy O2:

Questions:

1. Is this a good one to get?

2. Do I just shove the pack in and wait till its completely flat then charge as normal?

3. Does the pack need to be disassembled?

Grateful for any suggestions!
Thanks

Mike

Oh and one other question, how does a tray like the Integy differ from the discharging function that is provided by chargers like the LRP Pulsar?
Thanks
MIKE

A discharger/equaliser tray brings each individual cell down to a predetermined cutoff point ie 0.9v per cell, whereas the discharger function on your charger discharges the pack as a whole unit.I use the Novak Smart Tray which is also a great unit.
