Here’s a better photo for reference...it’s not much but it is a couple mm. Maybe the easiest is to open the slot a hair more.
Just FYI...obviously the links aren’t attached yet. I haven’t set the servo saver/arms etc yet...I just pulled the assembly from my other CRC.

I think I discovered a possible problem with my Servo that could be causing the pulling problem on my WC. I always thought my servo was the SH-1250MG but when I took it out of the car and cleaned it up I see its the SV-1250MG. That is a high voltage version and I'm running it off 1S no receiver pack. But I do have a 6v BEC. However that SV servo is made for 7.4 volts. Funny thing is I have run it off of both a cheap Hobbywing 2S ESC and a pretty good LRP SXX Stock Spec ESC both with a 1S battery and no receiver pack with the same performance. I think though that I will go ahead and get a 6 volt servo like the Futaba 9650.

I installed the Futaba S9650 in my CK25 and had to widen the opening shown in the pic above to move it far enough over to get the spline to center. I explored several possibilities like putting the servo on the other side or behind the mounts and ultimately decided to just Dremel out the opening. I did a pretty good job and got the servo fit in there nice and straight. Its dead center and my links are very square (level and straight across). Cant wait to try it this weekend with the new ESC and servo. If CRC made a running change in that mount to open the slot more or add an additional slot next to it that would make life easier. BTW I no problems centering a Savox servo.

I'm not a specialist in this category, but if a guy can win a competition in MOD, it seems logic that he could also win the slower categories, right?

Is there any other maker than Mcfactory making aluminum chassis for CRC 1/12 pan cars?
