Mark Day, who owns Timezone, said he had one in stock. Not sure if he still has it but it's worth asking. His screen name is MAD916.

I think there is a ROAR rule against aerodynamic aids like the diffuser.

Small crack at the front body post that I managed to fix, I did not even notice it till you mentioned it. Rest of the front is not assembled,

I think you will find that rule applies to TC but not 12th. In most 12th rule sets the rule reads "no additional aerodynamic aids may be attached to the body" A diffuser is attached to the chassis not the body. I'll go and double check the ROAR rules now, but I know that's what it says in Aus.

Ok, I've checked the 2010 ROAR Rules (they are the ones I have). Diffusers are not mentioned specifically anywhere. The diffuser does meet the ROAR definition of a wing:

6.5.2 Only single element or two-element wings may be used, and then only when allowed by the class rules.
If you go to the 12th rules then there is nothing mentioned about wings at all, it doesn't say they are allowed or disallowed. There are dimensions for a rear spoiler, but spoilers are defined differently.

However, it is also worth pointing out that the diffuser could also meet the definition of a bumper (so long as the edges aren't sharp, and depending on what the bumper is actually made of) which certainly is allowed.

6.2.1 Bumpers are not required in all classes, but when used, they must be shock absorbing and non-metallic, with no sharp edges. For safety, rigid bumpers, such as fiberglass and composites, are not permitted.

6.2.3 Rear bumpers must be made of a solid material with rounded edges and may not extend to the side beyond the outer edges of the tires, and may not extend beyond the rearmost part of the body except in off-road vehicles.
So, at best it is a grey area in the ROAR rules. As I'm in Australia that doesn't really bother me. A diffuser is allowed under Australian regulations as I've already said.

For those interested in the IFMAR rules they are closer to the Australian rules, and a careful reading reveals that a diffuser can be used. There is no definition of what a wing is, and in the absence of a definition you'd have to say that a diffuer is not a wing, it's a diffuser. Twice in the IFMAR rules it uses the wording "4.2.1 No additional items may be fastened to the body exterior other than the rear trim tab /Gurney strip." As for the Aus rules it says body not chassis or vehicle. So, under IFMAR regs you are cool with a diffuser.

I think ROAR's rules against aerodynamic aids refers mainly to things like moveable aerodynamics.
