Hello all !

I am cory parsons from Florida. I have been using Jason's battery's for a few months with great results. i recently won minnregs turkey shoot in 17.5 touring here in Florida. i also used these battery's to power my way to 2nd place in stock short course and 4 th in stock buggy at the jconcepts supercup round 4.
these Batterys are Awesome! i have tried many other battery company's and to be honest i will be sticking with BMI RACING!

I ran one of these batteries for the first time Sunday in my oval EDM. After my 4 minute heat of wide open racing that batteries still came off at 8 volts. Thank you Jason for having an awesome product at a great price. Don't be afraid of giving one of these batteries a try.

8 Volts??? I can not believe it, what class is this and how are you measuring?

I have a 20A linear discharger and I did some tests a while ago to compare 2 batteries - one was low budget 2S 5100mAh Turnigy nano-tech for around 35$, the other was Silverback 5400mAh for around 100$ (both are saddle packs and both had around 10-15 cycles on them). Here's a comparing chart on those 2:

It would be interesting to see how BMI batteries compare to these 2.

1/10 EDM on a carpet oval, I ran my 4 minute heat where I did 64 laps with a 17.5 blinky mode. After the race I put it on my Thunder Power 820 charger and checked the battery. Both cells were still at 4.00 volts per cell. This was with a BMI 6500 60C 2s lipo. This was my first time running this battery. I ran the next heat using my CRC maxxcell 5600mah 65C 2s lipo and when I checked that one on my charger it had 3.83 volts on one cell and 3.84 volts on the other cell. The CRC has a little less IR then my BMI according to my TP820.

ok, our numbers are not comparable, my measurements are taken under load, which shows what happens with a battery durign the run.

These packs are very good. They can and will go head to head with claimed 90 and 100 C packs with same capacity. The IR is low on the packs. The voltage stays up for longer than alot of other packs. The price is very competive as well.

Any timeline for 1s batts? I've got some really good ones right now so I won't need them any time soon...I'm just curious.
