Red face OPINIONS AND DIRECTION PLEASE: Tamiya TB-03

so i want to build a good solid car for on road racing .. solid, stable out-of-the-box .. i saw a great deal on a Tamiya Calsonic IMPUL GT-R 2008 - TB03 and was wondering what the general though on this was over the TA05v.2?

is shaft drive more durable over belt drive? how much adjustability is there in wheels as in caster and camber? how much will i need to spend to get the car into racing shape ..?

i've heard good things and i really like the look of the car and chassis and for Tamiya, it's reasonably priced ... opinions?
