Default Xray T4

Even without an official announcement, the XRay has released the name of your next car: Xray T4

I was getting ready to just get the '12 thinking changes for the '13 would be minor, and easily upgradable if I wanted. So going from a T3 to a T4, would it be too different to be 'upgraded', or just better off with new car? Hypothetical question I guess since most people don't really know how different it will be.

I just really wanted to get geared up for indoor, which starts beginning of Oct for me

As you say, it is hypothetical. But I would assume from the name change to T4 that it will be more than a few extra spacers etc.

From the T3'12 thread

I think we'll see the above, but I think the biggest change will be that the bulkheads will be inline with the layshaft mounts (bulkheads will be much narrower than before.

Those shocks look like aluminum, although it is hard to tell for sure. I dont care one way or the other about the shocks. Plastic or aluminum, I'm sure either will perform well.
No telling what the car will be until the official announcement. Exciting!
