Sus mount angle vs toe angle
What is the benefit of additional angle on the front sus mount? How will it impact the handling?
I have a TRF417x and the lower sus arms can change angles by swapping out blocks, this adjusts the angle. I can also change the toe separately. (ex: sus mounts set angle to .5* and toe is 1*, how will this differ if the swing arm angle adjusted to 1* and toe remained at 1*)?

Changing the angle of the front arm mounts is called "sweep".
I've found that the larger the angle, the more aggressive the initial steering of the car. It's a pretty fine adjustment though. Most touring cars seem to run around 1 degree of sweep these days.
It's not related to the toe angle of the steering, that is adjusted separately, on a 4wd TC I generally leave it at zero, erring to the side toe-out. I only adjust steering toe for straight line stability.
