1) Soon we will have POM's with a 2mm slit so that you don't have to use blades. I believe the POM's in the kit have a 1mm slit.
2) You can put the screws either way.
3) We always run DCJ's so you can run either steel or aluminum in the rear.
Truth be told it's even better than the XRAY diff.
Start with Front 1.4mm and Rear 1.2mm. If you need more rear grip run the short 1.2mm and if you need less grip run the wide 1.2mm. Silver springs (kit) all around to start.
Our current 44mm DCJ that you can run is 67699
Which tires?
Correct, I suggest starting with whichever setup you run on your TCX if you're running one.
Sounds like you got a little extra "love" from the factory I'd rather have 3 extra bars then be short 3 bars

DCJ 67699 wont fit my car. They wont go in plastic outdrives, dont fit in purple retainer and wont go in metal outdrives either. The pin is much bigger than stock. It looks like we will need 61087 from the TCX in order to run them.

Well I do have to say after starting to build the car I'm frustrated with the whole djc thing. As well as missing a washer from the gear diff to finish building it. The kit seemed very fairly un-organized. But....The build quality is very very solid so far otherwise. The car feels like it is going to be a beast on high grip carpet/asphalt. I can't wait to get it going....just need to get that washer and figure out what I need to order to run my dcj's.
