Now the million dollar question.....How do you apply putty in a gear diff? Can you put too much in or not enough???
Did you guys see that? He hesitated whit his comment about me. It took every ounce of restraint in his body to not make fun of me :P.

I know I used to participate more in the forum and such, but now that I've graduated from college and dove head first into my engineering career, I don't have quite as much time on my hands anymore. I'm always happy to help when and where I can though .

What advantage do you get from running the solid front axle? Also what is the POM out drive set for?

I haven't run the no cut out chassis yet since they haven't been easily accessible, but Fred and Hiro really like them. It's a tiny bit stiffer and makes the car more consistent and predictable.

Whenever you have cutouts in a carbon laminate, it makes it a lot more susceptible to defects and overall mechanical property fluctuations due to discontinuous fibers. That is a major reason why I feel Fred comments how it makes the car less sensitive to environmental changes. The car will change less throughout the day.
