Don't get the arrowmax drive shafts. They don't fit properly.

I contacted arrowmax about it and they know they don't fit properly.. Don't know why they keep selling them as tcxx/tcx shafts as they don't fit correctly..

Default tamiya double joint cvds's

Could someone confirm whether the Tamiya double joints fit the TCXX or not? I would much appreciate it if someone could confirm if the axle thread end was long enough for use. Thanks.

Confirmed. They are direct drop in fit with a 5x10x3mm on the inside of the spindle and kit bearing on the outside.

You're referring to Tamiya part #42216?

Thank you very much DirtyDog. I really didn't want to mix and match my TCXX but Tamiya are known for their strict tolerances. Will order those up right away.

This car is by far a very simple design yet incorporates high ingenuity.

Thanks for saving me the work of looking it up DogBone. Hmmm seems like everyone fascinated by the name "dog something". Reminds me of a cliche "yo waddup dawg!"

Just wondering on the TCXX is it ok to mount the spur with 2 screws? I'm thinking it would be ok.
