I don't run the car nor do I run for AE but having seen it I can safely say the new 12R6 is going to be worth the wait. Loyal AE fans are going to be very happy!

You're just going to have to wait for the official release, I don't know the details. All I can say is if some of the features that have been tested are implemented it's going to be a very nice car!

Hey guys I went through my car tonight and noticed I don't have the same ride height from left side vs right side. I went through everything and the left side (driver side) is always lower than the right. Any info how do you fix it?

Assuming you've got all the obvious the same ( tire dia, rear axle spacers, shims under front bulkhead) someone here suggested to check height of lower front arms with chassis sitting on glass w/o tires on. They can hold a tweak from hard impact. By loosening the mounting screws and retightening them, sometimes they can be reused. Sometimes they they need to be replaced. That was my "missing" spot that helped me!

I'm going to keep running my 12R5.2 for the coming year anyway. I noticed "Limited Quantities" being stated on TowerHobbies.com for some of the parts. Think that's just Tower? Does anyone know if by policy Associated usually supports their products for several years after they change models? Hope so.

I just noticed they removed the 12r5.2 from the website so won't be too much longer for the 12r6

You can still get most parts for the 12R5 (2008, I think) and the 12R5.1 (2009). So getting parts for the 12R5.2 (2012) shouldn't be a problem - not to mention there are so many aftermarket parts for it, and several of the parts are interchangeable with other brands. I have a Xenon front end for my 12R5.2.

I still have a 12R5.1 & 12R5.2, I love'em!

Yep, just check the AE website and they have moved the 12R5.2 over to the DISCONTINUED section. . . Hmmm. Bring it!!!
