Default SMC IB3600s

Anyone know anything about these? What are they good for? Mod, stock, oval, etc?

There's some going on Ebay, $50 for a 6pack, seems like a good deal to me. I just paid $80 for a pack of GP3300s.

Any info would be great!
Thanks!

For racing the SMC packs will definately outperform the virgin cells, they are zapped and matched so the cells all discharge at the same rate and have the same power.

Speedworld has IB3600 single cells for $4.55. John just bought a case. They are all virgin cell no matter if you buy 6 or 250, what a great deal.
Thanks SWR

Really not so. I have both a matched pack and a virgin pack of IB3600's. They will discharge at nearly the same rate on a T30. We are talking .01 volt difference in packs at evey 10 seconds to a cut off of 5.4. I know now that unmatched are for me.

I'm coming off experience in mod where every last bit you can squeeze out of your cells counts. Not to mention, even in the novise classes at SoCal raceway everyone has pretty well loaded cars, it doesnt matter as much in that class, but everyone does want to go as fast as they can go.

I am looking at what a digital device that on the bench tells me that the 2 packs perform the same on the bench. Now on the track they feel the same. That is my point.
