Enjoy your 2016, it's still a very competitive car as it sits. I do recommend setting your eccentrics high all around, if you don't like it you can always set it back to lower position.

The '15 introduced the X-braces on the diff bulkheads - the '14 did not have those.

Ahh ok, thanx. What about the difference between 15 and 16? Later on I’ll post photos of the car. When I got the car I was told it’s a bd7, but I am not sure what manual to download.

The '16 had shorter dampers, smaller diffs, etc. than the previous models

Hello all. I'm resurrecting an old thread because i need some help.

I'm getting back into onroad ep and will be using my 2012 bd7 for the 13.5 nonboosted class. I've tested the car, got the fdr down pat and it handles quite well right now. I'm as fast if not faster than some of the other modern cars running the same class right now.

Problem is... I forgot i stripped the screws holding the centre bulkhead so many years ago. I've reordered the parts but would really like to change the entire system if possible. I hated this system as the screws were smaller than the norm and it was quite easy to strip them.

I prefer the system on the current bd9 which uses the upper deck to hold the bearings in place. I also dont mind the bd5 system which is held by two larger screws that have nothing to do with the rotating spur mechanism.

Is there an alternative to the 2012 bd7 system? Did the newer bd7s change this up and if so would they fit my car? What about after market solutions? Or can i get the bd7 rs versions... Would they help?

Thanks for any help provided. Much appreciated. I will post a pic to show what is on my current car.

Does anyone happen to have a set of BD7 SLF long shocks laying around they'd be willing to sell?

Hello beautiful people. How are you all doing? My lhs has run out of bd7 parts and I'm wondering if anyone here knows where to get parts for the car online.

Mine is the blue 2012 edition of the car. It is still running great and all but am down to my last pair of arms and knuckles. Any help or suggestion is greatly appreciated... I would ask if anyone is willing to part with their bd7s here but Im probably located on the other side of the world from most of Rctech users.

Advanced thanks for all info provided. Here is my car hehehe.
