I heard a rumor that A-main hobbies was trying to be the north American distributor for Yokomo

Here is the thing. In Japan you can get Associated stuff from Yokomo. They used to be very close and cooperative companies. So I wonder why Associated doesnt distribute Yokomo stuff here in the states.

Associated is part of Thunder Tiger. They can't do what they used to do.

The biggest mistake the UK Yokomo importer made was not importing the BD-5 on cost grounds, the best touring car Yokomo has made so far and no reason why the BD-7 wont be as good or even better.

No sense in wishing for A Main to sell Yokomo. Contact A Main and let them know. A Main do listen to their customers.

It will depend on Yokomo if they want their cars to be distributed in the US again.

Would be nice to see them in the US again. Was always able to get parts when they were here.

I started with a Yokomo MR4TC and it was great. I'd like to run a Yoke again.

True but you can still buy AE from the Yokomo Japan website. At least you could the last time I looked.
