Default Quasar Pro Cycling question

Ok, i got 3 packs off line, all matched, 2 ZX racing 1.161's, 415 sec run time, and a Trinity 1.174 400 sec

They havent been used in a while so I charged them at 6 amps, let them kool down and then discharged them at 20 amps on the quasar Pro, 20 amp is max for it and there is the reading i got

ZX #1 2,345mah in 7min 5sec = 425seconds
ZX #2 2,428mah in 7min 25sec = 455seconds
Trinity 2,491mah in 7min 38sec = 458seconds

The Charger is auto set to cut off at .9v per cell....

and as i start to discharge the packs, the voltage goes down from 9.0v to 7.0v, shouldnt it get down to 5.4volts?
