Default discharge avg voltage??

I have an integy 16x5 with the 20amp discharger. Whats a decent avg. voltage to look for from a pack?? And will discharge amperage change the average voltage??

Yes the discharge amperage will majorly effect the overall adverage voltage you come up with........A 20 amp discharge on my best packs are around 7.40 adv V...........same pack's at 30 amp dis........7.08 adv V....hope this helps.............Joe

well crap.................All of my packs are at 6.4 and thats even my fairly new packs of Kinetix 1.17's.............. Im thinkin maybe about only 10runs on those packs...... I guess I'll put one of them on the cycle mode tonight and see what happens.

My numbers are from my GFX and also my Quasar pro....they seem to come up with almost identical readings.......even my old practice packs that are 116's are 6.95 after a 20 amp discharge........something's wrong....mabe your integy is off a little.....

Default You cant compare numbers from two different chargers !

Especially not from two different brands. even details such as length of wires, makes a difference. Not to mention the calibration and the internal hardware / software.

Even within the same brand and model, huge differences is quite common. Calibration is the keyword, calibration cost money...

I do have a CDC v6.0B, and with a Fukuyama 1,160-1,165, I get these data:

Charge cap: 3927
Discharge cap: 2969
Average voltage: 6,978
Peak: 9268
IR (discharge): 32

This pack have about 30 runs in it.

So what can you do: Use the numbers only for internal/personal reference. And get an equalizer, that will probably improve the voltage and IR.

You could also try to configure your 16x5 for single cell discharge. Then discharge each cell at 20 amps. Then discharge each cell at 1 amp. Maybe do the same at 0,1 amp, to take them down as much as possible. Then completely charge and discharge and note the numbers. If there's an improvement, you need an equalizer.
