What pinion gear you guys recommend for a 3.5t motor? thanks

I wouldn't recommend a 3.5T motor at all! too much power you want to get something like 8.5T - 13.5T if you run the 80T spur 18T or 19T pinion. I'm running a 5.5T and that spins the tyres off the rims

We had those back in the Philippines...mine was a4door...but same model vintage...my friend had that 2 door...my cousin had a 4door Opel Ascona.
But I don't think they have it here in US

Thanks..Yes,T drifts...but I installed the logo on the back side.
I was sad though...the other pair I ordered were wider offset..6mm but Banzai was out of stock

So now have to wait again
Liked how fast processing and shipping from Banzai was tough...great service!

lol..i knew someone was gonna say its overkill.. i got that xerun or 20 bucks so couldnt turn it down.. well i will see for myself if i can control it or not.. thanks for the input on the pinion gear.. will tell yall the status of this build i am doing.. thanks..

I belieVe those sizes are referring to 48pitch..

Good deal on what you got...I initially was running 4.5T...doable...but I have better control and learning better with my 8.5T Xerun

they are 48P standard just turn your power down on the radio to 70%ish

No shit they are so rare here now that you don't see the fastbacks on the roads In my whole life I've only seen 4 they are either in museums or garaged on blocks lol

thanks for that info.. yeah i have other motors that i will play around with.. 8.5t and a 10t setup as well.. so i will play with each one and see if i can learn and be good on all of them.. if not the 3.5t will go on my F1 car.. lol...

also can you all school me real quick on pinion gears.. the more teeth on a pinion the faster it accelerates or vice versa..

lol those bastards are they aussies? Any who just turn down your throttle endpoint so that the motor can't run at full power then the wheels won't get too hot
