Arrow yokomo springs

hey there,
are the gt4 springs the same length as the mr's? which i believe are super short, like .800 or so.
also if anyone knows the rates, of both the mr4 and the gt4 springs, please post here. i know the coil dia, and the # coils, but i dunno what that turns into as fas as a spring constant.
much appreciated,
seaball.

Any idea where the stock grey/silver MR4 springs fall in that chart? Judging by the way they affect handling, I'd guess in the MR4 white range.
