Default I am not the sharpest tool, but...

I just bought a Integy tweak board, the one where one axle is fixed and the other floats up and down. It appears the car is very close to balance with or WITHOUT the battery in the car. I even took the time to level the fixed bar. Is this thing silly, or am I using it wrong? I'm thinking, when I remove the battery the car should fall to one side.

Have you got the ride height maxxed out on the droop limiters or something? Unless you have a little sag in your suspension, it won't be very sensitive to weight changes like that.
