I really hope Yokomo doesnt release a tub chassis car, I think the double deck CF is really the best way to go. I just remember the MR4TC's that would get tweaked and could not be fixed of that, so you have to change out the chassis, whereas on a double deck, you just loosen the screws, let everything settle, and tighten them back down.

Thats what I also heard....That would stink on so many levels....
1) the drive home for not just me (2 hours) but guys who are coming from Vegas and elsewhere.
2) I am only running one class for a total of three races.....
Oh Well need to get more experience anyway.
Guess I will probably bring my PS2 with the pop up sceen and get some GT4 races inbetween heats....LOL

My drive is an hour and a half as well, and I do it 1-2 times a week, so I'm used to it now. I'm thinkin about going up tomorrow and getting a hotel, race both days..

Which Boca ceramic bearings are you guys using? Ultra sheilds right (metal), not yellow rubber, right? Where you buying them, order direct from Boca, $195 I may have to go with Acers to save a little $$.

I tried some Acer ceramics in my SD a while ago and while some of the bearings spun perfectly free, a handfull felt like something was bound up in them. The Yokomo ceramic kit should be out soon, or go with the Boca's, I wouldn't take a chance on the Acer's for the amount of money you're going to be shelling out.

Just got my Acers and I am returning them come Monday morning as I don't want to risk it. If I am going to spend over $100 on bearings they better be perfect. I sent Boca a bearing part number list to make a kit for the BD and they are going to put together a kit soon which will help significantly reduce the single bearing purchase adding up very quickly.
Hey Randy good luck today and tonight I will see you tomorrow.

Rick have you ever been caught by customs? Normally they let them through.
