Looks like a KO one. There is a sanwa one that also fits KO/JR/Sanwa servo's.

Heres the link to both:

http://www.rc-mushroom.com/product_i...oducts_id=9962

You simply cut one side off

Hope that helps,

Antoni

Hi actualy i have a problem whit a 40T Diff Pulley from My BDM. Mi Problem reside in i canīt found more BD Pulley but y found BD5 Diff Pulley.

This Bd5 Diff Pulley Itīs Valid from The BDM Diff?? They Are the Same??

Shio i mount the same configuration but i decide to use The TAMIYA High torque servo kit, and aluminum Horn i like very much because i have servo-saver. In the Grainger Photo they have not saver itīs direct and very very dangerous for your Servo. Thiis is a simple opinion

Thank You A gretting From Spain

The pulleys are not the same, but, the complete diff assembly will interchange.

Bump for a good starting setup for Carpet, rubber tire with a 17.5?

If any one out there is still hanging on to this car, let me know what you have for setups.

Alright dude I still battle on with the old BD, although mine does now have a LIPO chassis and top deck I had made so that car has less flex than standard. I ran at a big winter series meeting on sunday and came 5th in 13.5 out of 66 so hopefully this setup will be ok for you.

Front:

Shocks:
Rayspeed blue spring
40wt oil
1.3mm roll bar
2nd hole from the inside on the tower
middle hole on the wishbone

Suspension:
1mm under both suspension mounts
F-0.5 FR mount
2mm under inner camber link
0mm under outer camber link (king pin)
steering block in upper position
lower hole in c-hub
6mm droop
0 degrees toe
1.5 degrees camber
shortest wheelbase

Rear:
Shocks:
Rayspeed blue spring
40wt oil
1.2mm roll bar
2nd hole from the inside on the tower
outer hole on the wishbone

Suspension:
0mm under both suspension mounts
0mm under inner camber link
0mm under outer camber link (2nd hole from inside, long ballstuds)
Lower hole hole in hub
5mm droop
3 degrees toe block
1.5 degrees camber
middle wheelbase

Hope this helps and let me know if I've missed anything off.

Thanks for the setup posts.
I actually ran the BD on friday night at our clubs first club race of the season.
Considering I havent driven a touring car in like five years, I was very pleased with my driving and the cars handling.

Ended up finishing 4th in the B main due to a final corner bobble.

Default BD5 Steering conversion

I thought I would post pics of my BD to BD5 steering conversion for those that may be curious to see what it looks like. BD5 standard rack, c-hubs(BD5 c-hub is thinner so you will need a 1mm shim, or two .5 shims to space it on the BD arm), BD5 knuckles and kingpins. 45.5 front universals are used. Roche spool used but BD5 spool will fit. Also using the "thin type" wheel hexes(4.1mm width) available at the link below with no wheel hex spacers for 188mm front end width using TOP Solaris tires. I also used 39mm tie-rods for the steering assembly. I DID NOT have to drill out the arms for the outer pins going through the c-hub.
