Are you running asphalt?

On power exit, do not mess with rear droop! Only front! Don't play with pro-squat either.

JimmyMac's suggestion is looking good, don't play with anti squat or pro squat to setup your car at this stage.

Have you use fresh new tires ? More lay down king pin on the front C hub ?

I always use new tires while setting up my car.

Do you use standard 2.5mm chassis or thicker chassis meant for carpet racing ?

2ndly, I think you need to increase more shims on front bulkheads that connected to front upper link, try that with 3mm shims. I'm sure this work.

Try putting a 1mm shim under the front suspension mounts....

I would also play with the Ackerman....

Awesome, thanks Francis. My car is good right now but needs a little more rotation. 2 degrees makes the car a little unstable. 2.5 should be just right

You could alway try runing the 1 deg rear hubs reversted ( left on the right and the right on the left.)
if i remember correctly, this will give you 2.5 deg of rear toe with a 3 deg block
