Getting a BDm soon. does the yokomo spool work for brushless racing?(using a mamba 6900). where can i get a fixed center shaft? what shims do u guys used through out the car? im running on asphalt, was are the most perfered springs? i was reading the whole post and seeing u use diff springs from different manufactures. i have xray springs to hand, would they work? what is the prefered gearing for brushless on a large track? i know there is alot of tips in these post but its ALOT of reading. any other tips i should know about other than the HB suspension mod? thanks.

I'm guessing Xray springs will work fine, allthough seen from this list: http://www.rcingreece.com/index.asp?...ing_comparison
they might be too hard for me.

I'm driving Tamiya springs, yellow in front, blue in the rear (driving on rubber with a spool on asphalt)

Martin advice is the best. I made several test too and best combination seems to be new style green front/pink rear
