Got one drawn up, can change the number of cutouts and thickness etc. PM me if you're interested. The second one is a stiffer version with same thickness material.

In Chris Grainger's set up tips, he advises that instead of using the supplied 1.5mm black spacer that fits to the bottom of the steering hub (between the hub & block), to use the a black plastic .5mm and a 1mm blue alu spacer on top of the block. The trouble I can see is that the bottom king pin when fitting the spacers on top are too long, anyone know the answer guys.

i belive he used scew with a sleve as the bottom king pin, like the one that comes with the BDM. so you can just use a shorter screw.

but i may be worng ....

voodoo, this as a base setup works well in JPraceway but if you dont like it, firstly try to change droop settings and so on. hehe anyway, i was wondering who uses it in our place?.. hahaha! goodluck to that guy in our upcoming shootout.

Default BD kingpins

Terryh,

You follow the book - use a black plastic spacer (from the knuckle moulding) on the bottom. You may have to shave it slightly.

A better solution I have just used is to fit the titanium kingpin set to the bottom, it consists of a top hat bush and a screw - perfect fit!

regards

Don

or just don't use one on the bottom at all - just ends up binding. I haven't bothered for years, doesn't create any issues for me.
