Default ball cups

I disagree the standard ballcups constantly popped out from the steering assembly after light hits.
I don't like to be cutting piece of ziplock/plastic to make something work...
I used the HPI heavy duty ball cups they held up rather well.

Love my BD....again for 6.00 bucks not a big thing at all...better than some other brands where i would have to spend $100 + just to get the car up to snuff.

hey.. orlando... I don't have the ball cup pooping problem in my car (RDX and BD)..
Maybe because i replace them every once in a while they do bent out of the shape from me hitting the corner too many time at the same spot!....

Losi white ball cup / tamiya ball cup / HPI ball cup are pretty good also, as they are a bit stiffer then the standard yok cup!

Just wonder guys... what spacer shim are you using to adjust the roll center from the chassis post? Trying to make the camber link shorter for carpet racing.

Hey olhipster: I`ll take your word that the MR-4TC BD(Masami Special) is a tough kit.
-Now I`m thinking on getting a MR-4TC SD. I know more about Shaft Drive Kits; but the Masami Special is the latest.....so I`ll most likely get that.

Tamiya Kits are also tough. I`ve crashed My Evo 5(I was hit from the side) head on into a tire barrier and Nothing Broke.

Thanks

Take Care

nah. looked around and for the price i saw online i'd rather stick with the 3racing heatsinks and just replace the fan. unless our favorite LHS can bring it in for us...

Default Internal Drive ratio

Just got a BD, but am being told conflicting info on the internal ratio. What is it? 2.0, or 2.35? Need to know for proper gearing ASAP. thanks...

Hello guys , as i promised here is my next modification on my car!!
My brand new handmade Spool by Patrick and TIR CVD!!

The new handmade spool is 10 grams lighter than stock one way , and lighter than TIR spool which means more seconds of racing!!!
Also it has PERFECT fit on the bulkheads with a little slop ,as it should be, and not the too much slop of stock one way or TIR spool!!
and last but not least , much much much more durable than either yokomo's spool or TIR spool!!!

I highly recommend this spool!!
Really satisfied!!

So what's the culprit of a chattering car around corners?

Is it overdampening of the shocks?
