Let me know as i have been looking at getting these made up.

The problem is not really with the chassis it's the top deck. A 2 piece top deck is not going to be as strong as a one piece, I used a Rayspeed lower chassis (3.2mm) and the stock LCG upper 2 piece deck, it still had to much flex to work with foams on carpet.

I think the Masami Spec is a big improvement to the original BD, but I think there will be a new Yoki in about first quarter of 2007

I have to second that. I had both the original BD and the masami. Out of the box the masami was .2 sec faster. After some more setup I was almost .5 second faster! I would like to see a new car out soon but am not sure what can be done!!

a new car??? Hmm... I don't want a new car yet.
but an updated version would be nice.

things like:

1) narrower chassis
2) carpet chassis
3) alum. steering plate
4) alum. diff outdrive with blade supported
5) yokomo's version of hpi hub, steering knockle
6) masami's hand signture.

Thats all I wanted...

I know they have the MASAMI and Graigner edition I don't see the point why I should get those. I'm pretty much competitive with the version 1 BD. But I do like to se YOKOMO come up with a new car. Like a mid motor car like the MBX

I also heard a rumor that billy Easton yokomo BD got some different kind of modification done to his car. Anybody got pics of this?
