hebiki: thanks for the reply. thats exactly what i need for my bd, more turn in. i'll do some testing at the track with the bottom mounted links.

another question, i also noticed that masami uses the lower mounting holes in the c-hubs. what does that do? sorry for all the questions, just trying to get the most out of this car and also trying to understand how masami sets up his ride. ive found that the BD has enuff on-power steering but does lack the aggressive turn i like to have when running hot mod motors. i have gone a different route to gain this turn in (moving front shocks out on the tower, ackermen links moved forward, etc) but although i get the turn in, i sacrifice quite a bit of the on-power steering. i know its usually the case that you gain somthing while loosing somthing else. but maybe if i take another route, i can gain that off power im looking for with less compromise of the off power steering. i can see that in masami's ride pictured below, his shock mounting positions are essentially the same but he has made those other little changes in ackerman, etc .... and i guess he knows what hes doing right? HAHAHA

.... oh, and could any of you point me towards a URL that has set up sheets of masami? would be a lot easier for me rather than trying to piece things together with only a picture as a reference. he he he

I've got nice tracks nearby, the schools are supposed to be real good for my daughter, and there's plenty of malls and shopping for the wife. I can't complain and neither can the family

Yes, I have one and its simply brilliant! You will not find 1 person thats not very happy with this charger, True super Linear current will make the difference on the track

Not to mention, its WAY smaller than your gfx and cool looking So in 1 word: BUY IT!

JeyBee

I have all the parts for the conversion...looks like a tight fit for the rear even with the ends shaved down. 48mm MIP bones would be ideal...

I just bought a couple of them, havent had a chance to use them yet though. Everyone that has used them seems pretty happy with them though.

What parts do you have in your diff outdrives? The only parts from HPI that I'm using are the outdrives and diff rings, everything else is standard Yoke diff items BTW, you only have to shave down the CVD on the 'short' half ... -JB

same parts your using...but I didn't not shave down the CVD's. I guess it doesn't matter now... no longer have the BD.
