can anyone tell me how to tell the difference between the different t2 models 007 008 009, looking at one for the lad to start touring cars and not sure which one it is,, have a look at the pics below

It looks like the first T2 which would be the equivalent of an 006.
Check out Xrays website it has write ups on all their old cars.

yeah i think it is the original one, im worried i wont get a lipo in it

I have an 007 and had to do the top plate mod to get a lipo in there. there are aftermarket battery holders made to hold a lipo but it will hang off the side a bit. considering the weight difference between niXX and lipo it would be a benefit to help balance the car without adding a ton of weight


this is my 007 after the mod to get the lipo in there and the resulting weight i had to add to the battery and to the car to balance it out..
