Default WGT, 2S lipo, motor and gearing??

I have an Serpent S100LT an i'm going to use 2S lipo and Hobbywing 120A esc.
I'm thinking 8.5t will be fast enough, but will it be to fast??? Or is 10,5 more than fast enough?? I'm not going to officially races, only clubrace with my budies. I also run 1:12 with 4,5t and 1S.

So, which motor size do you recomend on 2S lipo???
And what spur/pinion size do you recomend on 2S lipo??
And what body is good enough to handle and get the power down in the wheels??

Hi in the UK we run 2s lipo with 17.5t motor boosted, this is indoors and I gear from 47mmpr to 53mmpr for my GM motor.

I am trying at the moment a 8turn but cannot get the roll out yet (this is non boosted).

On a large outdoor track I know the pro10 drivers are using low turn modifieds and the cars are as quick as 1/8 ic cars but as you can imagine when it all goes wrong its going to cost.

Bodywise running protoform sophias and hpi supra, hanling wise not much between them indoors.

Re S100 this is the car I run and have run it 1s lipo too and found it a much nicer car to drive with the added weight of 2s.

I also run my 2c/17.5 Gt car in the UK, and with a Tekin speedo maxed out, the gearing for my Revtech motor is around 28mmpr. The motor is only warm at the end of the 6 minute run.
