Ah, I thought you were looking for a setup, as in a setup sheet.

I don't know much about Novak anymore. They don't seem to have a large onroad presence. http://www.teamnovak.com/products/price/index.html. GTB2 and Ballistic I believe are their current onroad offerings.

The best setup for onraod is the Havoc Pro SC with X-drive and the Ballistic redwire epoxied motor, pick what wind you want. Just use the Build a Ballistic option and get the motor the way you want it. I would opt for the open can endbell for better cooling.

A 4.5t ballistic with some 10 boost is really fast( 70+ mph), but if you can get the 3.5t to work with such boost, you'll be flying..... I run my gtb/velocity 3.5t with no boost , and I am not losing to anyone down the straight.....

Other than their crawler specific set up's and mini esc's, you should be able to use any Novak esc and motor in an on road car. I run a Kinetic 1s in my 10th scale carpet oval car, an Edge 2s with a smart boost in my 12th scale and a GTB2 in a VTA TC4. If you hit up the Novak web sight, you will be able to do all the research you need.

The gtb2 esc has no timing advance, and with a 4.5t it won't keep up with the other boosted cars on the track, if the track is large....
