why would you want to shim up the same amounts on both toe and pivot blocks? wouldn't that still give the same value as without using any shims/washers under both. sorry for my newness, just trying to better understand how/why to make tuning changes. thanks!!!

It's build for on road racing, so, I would say kind of waste if u go for drift! Sifu? are you speak Cantonese?

if youre going to do solely drifting with it youre wasting your money.

drifting isnt evolved enough to the point that you can drift better with a top notch touring car than with, say, an HPI RS4. By all means go for it if you are going to do regular racing to, but the cyclone's true potential is in traditional road course racing, and not drifting.

I would say Pro D from HPI will be a good Drift car. If you read some Japanese RC magazine, you will find out there's a lot of manufactuer already have new car came out with totally new design!

Help please, I'm a little confused the clone tc manual says put 2mm shims under toe and pivot blocks all the way round, the moorespeed says no shims, what would i gain by adding 2mm shims to the moorespeed and how would this affect the car?

cheers

It should increase roll center which will in turn increase traction by allowing the car to roll more side to side. Typically used for rubber tire racing on asphalt.
