Yea, the shock towers are definitely different as they mount in a totally different one to the ones on the Pro 4. I hope the diff outdrives will be the same, then I can use my Pro 4 delrin diff outdrives and also I hope the CVD's are the same size (even though the pictures at the moment are showing universals) so I can use my TIR CVD's in the front.

So what are we saying here? The Pro4 diff and spool will not fit in the Cyclone?

Cyclone's universal is almost same lenght as TRF414M or TB EVO3, and I'm 99% sure that Pro4 derlin diff or spool cannot use with Cyclone.

hey i think i know why they went to a bunch of black aluminum and took away all the purple that we see on hara's car. it either because they want to be able to sell opions parts that are purple or make a hara verson later like they always do and the hara verson will have all the fancy purpple stuff along with the few upgrades he will probably come up with for the car

The diff itself will have to be different. Kinda hard to wrap a belt around the Pro4 diff. Hopefully the outdrives will be the same as the Pro4.

We just received parts list from Hot Bodies, and I will organize it and post on here what will be interchangeable with the Pro 4 and what will be uniquely to the Cyclone

I could be wrong, but from what I saw on Hara's car, the diff outdrives looked different to the Pro4 ones, still black, but they looked shiny and smooth. Hopefully different as the standard outdrives arent as good as the machined delrin ones

Hi Guys,

Yes, the pre-order is still open, here's the direct link:

Cyclone Pre-order and there is still a few spot left on the first batch.

I got a call from Hot Bodies again today with an update, they said the car kit is still on schedule and should be looking more like first 2 weeks of Sept.

I have the Cyclone parts list at the office and I will try to sort them through and post them on here as excel files (if possible) for you guys to download

Steve Wang

p.s. rc-zombies, I change the name of the thread as per your request
