any shim that will fit... I only had the silver shims not like the plastic ones Hara used. I placed mine inside the cap on top of the bladder.

That shim comes with the HPI 40 or 50 or 60 bladders.
I do agree that the best thing to do is just to file the shock cap a little bit. It will turn the edge silver but with the cap on the car you'll never know, and then you dont have to worry about the little shim

Hey, do any of you guys run the BMI carpet chassis for the Cyclone??? If so do you have to get different hinge pins for the rear of the car? My chassis has the rear hinge pin mounts spaced out about 3mm longer than the original chassis, was just wondering what hinge pins I need to use (...or do I need to make them)?

Hey teach,
Use the T2 front hinge pins for the rear of the car. Jason made the rear alittle longer for more tuning options should you need to get the car to rotate harder. I run the med wheelbase on carpet. See you at Mimi's soon.

I ran my Cyclone last night in stock with the setup stew noble posted a few weeks back. The car was very good but i feel it could do with a bit more rear traction through the slower corners. It always felt quite twitchy on the back, sometimes the grip was there and other times it was not.
