The Hara and the Surikarn spools are two piece and come in Purple or Blue. The new version 3 spool is black and has replaceable outdrives.

guys. how do you strap lipo packs (orion 3200) on the cyclone? just strap it with tape and its good to go?? plus on which side will you put weights on the lipo to even out the weight of 4200.. (on top? left side? right side?) thanx

That depends on what servo, receiver, transponder, speed controller and motor you're running? In my Clone, I have a 25g weights on the left side of the chassis against the weight of the 4200's.

With Lipo's I'd expect the weights to go on the right side of the chassis as the lipo's will be considerably lighter.

I borrow these from a friend to balance my chassis. The Clone has pre-drilled holes for them in the bottom deck.

Only thing i can think of is them being to tight.

Saying that, i have run cars in the past with no servo saver (TC3, TC4....but they break before the servo has chance to get damaged )

Were they broken due to really hard hits or just to much stress?

I was running a BMI chassis on medium bite carpet. I bounced off the corners and slammed into the boards. I tried running the servo saver alittle loose, but the treads are just so thin! I broke one with not even a scratch on the body. It really wasnt a hard hit. The suspension was strait and the car was un-tweeked.

Dang Mike, that isn't an easy part to break.

I've hit my share of stuff with both my Cyclones and I haven't broke a servo saver. That's the last thing I would expect to break. I have broken a few steering blocks though.

'dang Steak!! What rock did you crawl out from?! Gave the porn a break for a minute huh?

Man, it was so fusterating. In the 3rd qual I checked out and had 18 seconds to go. I was on a 24 5:06 pace, which would have put me in the top of the "B" when I broke the car. No parts at the track and I had about a thousand of every part BUT that!!! Man, my luck at big races sucks! My car was SOOOO GOOD in that last qual. If was BALLISTIC!!!!

Lemme know whats new with you. I talked to Anthony and he said there were some line-up changes

Geez, now I have to crawl out from under a rock?

Watching the Novak Race and watching the Eagles is more important than you breaking your car.

And as far as line-up changes... I can only assume you are talking what car I am running now.

I know how you feel I also broke 2 about a week ago. It just seems like where the bearing fits in is just too thin around the threads? Any suggestions guys.
