Its only 8 small capacitors connected together in a PCB so it can perform similar to bigger caps we now use. They also sell this in V4 (4 small capacitors).

After running the car this weekend, I have a few setup changes as a used a diff instead of the kit front one-way. I was running Hara's Vegas carpet setup but was losing too much speed in the corners. The car didn't have good off-power to on-power transitions. Changing the ackerman setting alone made the car nearly perfect in the corners. I usually never mess around with ackerman setting but decided to this time. It made a huge difference. The last thing I did was add a little bit more castor to compensate for the abundance of the car's turn-in.

If you look on surikarns car you see that the black bundle don't connect to anything and for capacitors he has a normal capacitor on his speedcontrol, but where is the black bundle then for ? .

Thats a novak schotty diode near the motor and it is connected its just wired neatly.

I got a Straight V8 looks cool but i wonder if it works just as good. Weird thing is it comes with an extra tiny ceramic capacitor.... i think the main advantage with this unit is it has a flat base you can preety much mount it somewhere in the chassis FLAT
