There is one on fleabay..

http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Hot-Bodie...item5d33a51767

Didn't like the two way diff myself.. heavier and never used the one way..

Cant believe they are so hard to get now.. 3 racing also make a spool which is pretty cheap and works fine..

Wow just picked up a used cyclone on here and after reading 75% of this thread, I'm worried it was a mistake. Seems parts are hard to find now days..
I plan to drift it and feel drifting is alot easier on the drivetrain but still, if i need something it's going to be a tough find for lots of the parts.. Thank god it cam with spare parts and is already set of for drifting.. Still lookforward to adding my .02 to this thread and maybe helping figure out parts that work..

no, you'll be fine for parts...most of the suspension parts are the same on the TC, TCX and TCXX...they just go on runs, where parts go a little dry for a couple of months...belts are still available - just might have to go to ebay vs the LHS

as long as you don't crack a chassis, you'll be fine...

you're right, drifting is easier on the chassis - so you'll be fine

After looking around more I'm not as worried about it but think I will pick up a few extras for those dry times just in case. But will wait till I get it on friday to check it all out and decide on things that look worn to me..

actually, if you're looking for 2 spare chassis (and even some aluminum front knuckles and rear hubs), shoot me a PM...I found 2 chassis from my cyclones that I replaced with a exotek chassis...one even has a weighted plate for lipo/electronics balancing

Hey guys, I'm looking for some new spur gears and wondering if anyone knows where I can get some. Right now I'm running 109/29 gearing and my FDR is high so would like to get it down so I dont over rev my motor. Whats the biggest pinion you can go with a high count spur? All I find is 96+ spurs but not sure what pinion whould fit to get my FDR down. Thanks for any help..

are you running 17.5 or mod? if you're running 17.5, you'll want a smaller spur and larger pinion to get a FDR is the mid-4's

if you drop to, for example, 88-95t spurs, you'll get a much better range of gearings..

I know on mine, I've had 88/55 - and i still think i had room for another tooth or too
