You can try 3 mm ackerman since that make the car slightly less agressive and easier to drive. Together with gold sway bar, your car could rotate and carry more speed thru the corners. I think your overall lap time could improve slightly.

Hara's new car was a class above all other cars during TITC. That is what I honestly believe. I will get it for sure once it is available. I heard it will be June, but may be delayed. I rather have the HB team test it throroughly first, than rushing to release it.

The current car is still a great car that is probably more capable than some of the newer cars in my opinion. I have also tried the T2 and T3, and went back to my Cyclone, because Cyclone always gave me better lap times.

Hello everyone!

After two years of Losi Jrxs-R, I "rejoin" the HB Cyclone.

I've had a Moore edition for few months, two years ago. The Moore was my car between Xray and Losi.

I now bought the Cyclone TC (it will be at my door somewere next week).

Any tips before I start the job?

I'll race outdoor, tires sorex or solaris, lipo and motors anywhere from 13.5 to 10.5 to 4.5, according which class will be available.

Thanks for the help

Read somewhere that it's scheduled for a June 2010 release, but might be slightly delayed.

Rumors abound but I would guess that it will be available for the Team going to the Worlds. Public release (barring any developmental problems) would be after that.

with barry's setup he used a 2.0 degree block on both sides of the hinge pins on the front end of the car. arm sweep was kept at 0 degrees with this setup, but brought the arms our stlightly. it is a special mod that will require you to drill your chassis.
From what i know, this allows you to use slightly softer shock settings on the front while maintaining higher corner speed.

Since it's brushless motor there is no point of mounting it on the endbell by mounting the fun on the side this will cool the motor can better. In the old days of brushed motor all fun is on the end bell to cool down the brushes.

Is this what others also do??

I have the same fan.. so unless he has his one going in reverse then thats the way its setup..

There is not a lot of natural air flow under a TC body. I know because every time I take my car off ther track there is a layer of fine dust all over it!
The fan blows pretty hard, any subtle natural air flow wouldn't have a noticable effect

What overall ratio should I be running on my cyclone with x12 5.5 and a tight track?

Default New HB Touring Car

Its great theres a new car out, but call me old fashioned, every time I see Hara clipping that kerb after Rheinhard made a mistake....................The Cyclone could have been Double world champ!!!!

I'll still be using my old WCE/TC cyclone for a while yet- Been using a TC5 for a few weeks, just for a change and its no where near the cyclone- They just have so much corner speed
