Since we haven't had an on topic post in the last 50, has anyone tried the new front driveshafts yet?

I was thinking of bringing a set to run. How are they compared to the Sorex tire's?

I ran them last weekend on my car but i also changed over to a 10.5 motor.
so maybe to many changes to really find out the difference just know the car was a lot quieter in the corners and had roll but that may also be the low braking power of the 10.5

Testing has shown that they also provide a little more steering overall!!! Release date is to be announced, so stay tuned!

I didn't break any DCJ Shafts but i'm way too far from Hara's level I think i'm good enough for durability testing for you guys.

Thanks,

They already are dude!!! Are are aluminum steering knuckles and the really cool aluminum rear hubs I was running at reedy.

http://www.hotbodiesonline.com/products/en/67695.html

This has been designed to work with the standard motor mounts that come in the kits, and the optional "brushless" motor mount. You just add the shim under the bulkhead if you are using the optional motor mount.

Is Hotbodies going to release a new Cyclone sometime in the near future. One that is Lipo, Brushless ready with all the new developed parts on it?

Cheers
